Abstract


During ten years rapid development in internet, China has already become an important market for internet business in the world. Moreover, there are quite a few famous enterprises appear in this internet industry in China, which result in a very competitive market. With further development in this field, more and more people and enterprises begin to focus on this industry. Thus what are the necessary factors for successful development in this industry? In order to answer this question, this paper is going to ineptly analyze GOOGLE’S internal and external development environment and its competitive strategy in the market, to find out the essential conditions for success, which also could be useful advice to those who pay close attention to this industry and are willing to join in this industry.Strategy management theory and methods, such as PEST model, SWOT analysis method, porter’s five forces model and etc have been used to analyze GOOGLE’s strategy.This paper could be divided into five chapters. Firstly, the research background and enterprise strategy management theory are introduced, and the research outline is put forward. Secondly, GOOGLE’s development history in China is being introduced and its development strategy is being analyzed. Finally, the essential conditions for successful development in China internet business industry are summarized.
