Abstract

Cultural industries have different titles in different countries, is not a content contained. In China, the cultural industry refers to the community to provide cultural, entertainment products and services of the industry, as well as these industries have a collection of associated industries. It is a multi-level complex open systems, including three levels, namely the core layer, the outer layer and related layer. Since the second half of the 20th century, the cultural industry as the development of a country (region) of soft power, has been an unprecedented development, became the new economic growth point of the twenty-first century, to become one of the pillar industries of the national economy. Many domestic and foreign dignitaries, scholars, coincidentally the development of cultural industries as an important national development and important mission. Hunan Province as a cultural province, the rapid development of the cultural industry in 2008, Hunan has become one of the provincial units exceeded 5% of GDP, the national cultural industries accounted for five, animation, television broadcasting as a leader in the industry is also being take off. Order to create a cultural province, Hunan Province, the development of the cultural industry research not only can not be ignored, and it is imperative and urgent. Generally speaking, the thesis for the study of the development of the cultural industry in Hunan Province, the answer to \what policy measures \The answers to these questions have a very important theoretical and practical significance for the further development of the cultural industry in Hunan Province. However, the cultural industry as an emerging industry, content contained complex, too wide and statistics is difficult, therefore, part of the analysis can only proceed from a qualitative point of view. Specifically, the thesis is divided into seven parts. The first part illustrates the research background and significance of the cultural industry in Hunan Province, and research trends at home and abroad, research methods and technology roadmap. The second part describes the basic theoretical knowledge of the cultural industry, including definitions, characteristics and functions. The third part from the multi-angle analysis of the status and development of the characteristics of the development of the cultural industries in Hunan Province. Fourth, five or six parts for the core part of this paper, first build the basis of the evaluation of the cultural industry, according to the expert scoring, the use of fuzzy mathematical comprehensive judgment method to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the development of the cultural industry in Hunan Province; Second SWOT analysis based on the results of the evaluation of the development of the cultural industries in Hunan Province, the quantitative prediction of the future development trends; Finally, through the analysis of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges from various levels of government, industry, enterprises the countermeasures and suggestions for further development of the cultural industry of Hunan Province. Part VII summarizes the conclusions of this thesis, the results achieved, and inadequacies.
