Abstract


Tourism charter is a reform and opening up new passenger transport industry , but in recent years , due to competitive changes in the situation makes the industry a slight problem of product homogeneity , the industry 's development has entered a bottleneck . 2010 Shanghai World Expo will be held, from business efficiency, application of technology and environmental philosophy respects tourism charter industry has created new opportunities for development , how the new concept to get rid of the industry set thinking into the new stage of development of this industry problems to be solved . But whether it is business or academia, has not yet been carried out in this field for study and propose effective solutions . Given the above, this paper Shanghai World Expo as the marketing background, with Shanghai Volkswagen Automobile Co., Ltd. Tourism ( hereinafter referred to as \theory, combined with PEST, five forces model , SWOT, cluster analysis and perceptual maps and other qualitative and quantitative tools , and many other multi -level products for the tourism charter market positioning of the brand systematically studied and proposed on this basis the steam mass tourism charter brigade product differentiation methods and strategies . Through product differentiation strategy of research, on the one hand to deepen the market for tourism charter industry status and development of the understanding , on the other hand for the operation and development of the public tours are given reference vapor observations to help them carry out a more clear and reasonable positioning , improve popular brigade steam in the tourism charter market competitiveness, academic follow-up study trip truck market to provide some reference .
