Abstract


Since the reform and opening up , China began to accelerate the pace of integration into the world economy , China 's government in the 1990s proposed the development strategy of \ASEAN and China location adjacent , the two sides have been maintaining good political relations with the masses , economic and trade cooperation has great potential , in addition to the continuous progress of China - ASEAN Free Trade Area , the ASEAN countries have become Chinese enterprises to go abroad in foreign investment gold destination . The adjustment and upgrading of industrial structure has become an important issue of national macro-economic development , foreign direct investment plays a vital role in the industrial upgrading . Promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure in China through foreign direct investment has been an important industry development strategy , and this article focuses on the impact of direct investment to ASEAN China's industrial structure adjustment . This paper uses a combination of research methods of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis are discussed in detail from the perspective of total size of the country constitute and industrial composition profile of China's direct investment in ASEAN , combined with the trends in the evolution of the industrial structure in China since the reform and opening up , the use of econometric analysis methods, detailed analysis of China 's direct investment in ASEAN on the impact of China's industrial structure and causality , as well as to what extent the impact of China 's industrial structure . According to the results of the analysis , summed up the impact of China's industrial structure based on discovered the problem , and corresponding policy recommendations for specific situations eventually given .
