Abstract


The case began the implementation of the capital adequacy ratio of supervision caused by the credit crunch and thus endangering economic growth from the United States and Japan follow the capital adequacy ratio regulation - bank credit - economic growth conduction path , the regulatory capital adequacy ratio of China's were studied . First, the supervision of the capital adequacy ratio of conduction path theoretical discussion . The supervision of the capital adequacy ratio of the bank credit including two effects : First, the direct effects of the credit crunch , is based on the \On this basis , the paper goes on to describe the conduction mechanism of the supervision of the capital adequacy rate of economic growth , mainly through the effects of the credit crunch , the pro-cyclical effects of monetary policy asymmetric effect and the capital adequacy ratio regulation works . Secondly, we conducted a descriptive analysis of the basic characteristics of the historical evolution of regulation of capital adequacy ratio of China's banking industry , the status quo of China's banking industry capital adequacy ratio , credit expansion and economic growth . Then , using the 2000-2008 panel data of the four state-owned banks and eight joint-stock banks , empirical research on the impact of the supervision of the capital adequacy ratio of the bank credit , and focuses on the expansion of the capital adequacy ratio of the supervision of state-owned banks and joint-stock banks , credit the impact of the similarities and differences ; finishing addressed using the co Granger causality test to analyze the relationship between bank credit and economic growth . Finally , on the basis of the above analysis , the proposed beneficial response in order to avoid the adverse effects of our country due to the strengthening of the supervision of the banking capital adequacy ratio .
