Abstract


At present, the localization strategy has become multinational operation and development of the inevitable globalization of choice, and localization of human resources strategy is the most fundamental and critical strategy. In recent years , with the deepening of China's opening level and constantly fulfill WTO commitments , China 's investment environment to optimize , huge domestic market to attract more and more foreign enterprises to enter China . Foreign companies in China, the success of the implementation of the localization of human resources strategy , directly determines the success or failure of the operation and development in China . In this paper, three foreign companies in China instances localization of human resources for the study, comparative analyzes and summarizes the successful implementation of human resources experience in the localization strategy and measures .
