Abstract


Because of China's electric power, coal, transport in the supply chain of coal industry are relatively independent, self-contained system, each system reform and out of sync, which reflect the resources scarcity and market supply and demand of coal prices and transport prices difficult to through the electric conduction, make coal contradictions increasingly highlighted. This paper from the actual work and daily coal in coordination problems, based on the related theory of supply chain, according to foreign experience and China's national conditions, put forward how to better conduct electricity coal supply chain coordination, guarantee coal supplies. Studies suggest that China's coal supply chain coordination mechanism of the key factors analysis including the uncertainty of the electricity coal supply chain environment, low level of the steady supply of coal production, coal production and consumption of coal in geography of reverse distribution, on the balance of the electric power development way, and the electricity coal supply chain of coal, electricity and transportation system and mechanism problems. Finally from the legislative, regulatory, industry layout and so on several aspects put forward the policy recommendations of improving the electricity coal supply chain coordination mechanism.
