Abstract


Municipal engineering construction project cost control to reduce costs, increase profits, win the market has an important meaning, at the same time, it is enterprise management reform, establishing modern management system important content. Therefore, how to conduct effective cost control has been a problem concerned by municipal engineering construction enterprises, and many experts and scholars research hot topic. This article first obtains from the domestic and foreign research dynamic of project cost management of municipal engineering construction project cost control is expounded theoretical basis, analyzed the main factors affecting the municipal engineering construction project cost, understand the actuality of domestic municipal engineering construction project cost control, the municipal engineering construction project cost control are discussed in this paper, finally using the instance to the cost control methods and measures adopted by the argument. In this paper, the medium-sized state-owned enterprises in the municipal engineering construction project cost control has certain reference significance.
