Abstract


Under the joint efforts of the international community to mitigate the negative effects of climate warming , the Kyoto Protocol came into being , the Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) is one of the important mechanisms . CDM role in promoting the introduction of technology is not significant. Scholars CDM and technology transfer has been more research , but less based on the CDM transfer of low-carbon technologies research and qualitative analysis . Lack of CDM in particular the CDM - based data transfer of low-carbon technologies , case information , it is more difficult to empirical research , comprehensive analysis , game analysis and case analysis of a combination of research methods . First, a comprehensive analysis of the current situation of low-carbon technology transfer to China based on the CDM , including our the CDM management systems and the development status , expand the analysis based on the status quo of the CDM transfer of low-carbon technologies , through some data support , describe based on the currently the main problems of the CDM transfer of low-carbon technologies . Second, the transfer of low-carbon technologies based on the CDM formation mechanism , operation mechanism is analyzed theoretically , were elements of deconstruction and theoretical analysis of the various elements . Before the analytical framework and on this basis , the use of case studies, that the Nanchang maiyuan landfill CDM project , further validation systemic as well as our previous theoretical analysis framework exists to promote the transfer of low-carbon technologies in the CDM . Finally, based on the analysis of the transfer mechanism from the incentives , constraints, and environmental support system three perspectives designed a series of corrective mechanisms , relatively specific and feasible suggestions .
