Abstract


Operating outlets is the most important channels of commercial bank resources and the source of profits , is a mirror of the service of the community , an important window display of corporate culture , embodies the entire bank management level . Currently, the excessive level branches of commercial banks operating network management business unit , the lack of overall planning . Various business units , functional departments outlets exercise management functions. Departments pipe outlets , a number of indicators were splitting the layers , the lack of lateral communication and co - ordination of planning , resulting in the \Grassroots outlets confused , overwhelmed . Currently, commercial banks in general management level is the head office , a branch , two branches or jurisdiction sub-branches and grass-roots network . Network management is mainly responsible for the jurisdiction of sub-branches . Examination content and assessment methods of each jurisdiction sub-branches of outlets are not unified, grassroots assessment and business development oriented to be consistent with the total branch development strategy can not be effectively guaranteed . The outlets just alone to combat the island, did not form the the overall advantage outlets network advantage and the Group's operations . This article intends to put forward a set of effective the operating network performance appraisal system performance evaluation theory and Commercial Bank performance appraisal system . Through the rational , perfect performance evaluation model to enhance the combined effectiveness of outlets , improve customer satisfaction , profitability and internal control standards , and ultimately improve the overall competitiveness of the commercial banks .
