Abstract


Proportional relationship of the structure of domestic demand , which means the domestic consumption and investment and changes in structure . With consumption and investment to stimulate economic growth in two carriages , must maintain the basic balance in the economic operation , otherwise it will not help the economy of a comprehensive , coordinated and sustainable development . The outbreak of the global financial crisis in 2008 , China 's long-term export-oriented economic development model suffered heavy losses, a substantial reduction in exports and a large number of business failures . In response to the global financial crisis , to promote stable and rapid economic development , the central government implemented a series of start domestic demand policy . Expand domestic demand at the same time , to study how to optimize the structure of domestic demand , to coordinate the proportion of both consumption and investment relations , making a proactive fiscal policy to play a more effective role in the macro-control has important theoretical and practical significance . This paper uses the theory of effective demand and financial regulation theory , the main analysis from the following aspects : First, the concept of domestic demand structure , the measure define the research object , clear article . Analyze the internal mechanism of the theory of financial regulation , taxes , fiscal spending , the budget , the national debt of structural adjustment mechanism ; then in possession of large amounts of data and data on the basis of the analysis of the problems and the reasons for China 's domestic demand structure by analysis out : the structure of China's domestic demand has imbalance manifested as \Analysis of the causes of domestic demand and the structural imbalance , the main stage of industrial development factors , unreasonable income distribution system , caused by deviation of the investment-driven policies , as well as our long-term extensive mode of growth and other factors ; Finally , on the basis of the International Comparison international experience, combined with China's national conditions and the macroeconomic situation, and proposed the general idea - \The investment impulse ; optimize the structure of fiscal expenditure , improved consumer expectations ; deepen the reform of the tax system to promote the fair consumption of green ; reposition bonds function to optimize the investment structure .
