This study was to explore the corn - soybean meal basal diet supplementation on growth performance, tissue manganese content, add different forms of manganese source and manganese levels of free radicals in myocardial cells (MDA and NO) content, free radical metabolism enzymes (MnSOD NOS) activity and myocyte apoptosis. 320 products on behalf of 1-day-old AA broilers were selected medium-the complexation strength composite amino acids manganese and inorganic manganese sulfate manganese sources were added to their diets, each manganese source located 0 mg / kg and 100 mg / kg add 200mg/kg3 a manganese level, in accordance with the factor of 2 × 3 two experimental design, shared by both manganese source of a manganese control group, consisting of five treatment groups. A trial period of 42 days. The study results show that: 1. Manganese source and manganese levels and their Interaction 1 to 21 and 22 to 42-day-old broiler ADG and ADFI 1 to 22-day-old F / G had no significant impact (P gt; 0.10), but add a 22 to 42-day-old broiler 100mg/kg manganese group F / G ratio was significantly lower than the control group and the of 200mg/kg manganese group (P lt; 0.10). 2.21-day-old broiler metatarsal ash, pancreas and myocardium manganese content and 42-day-old broiler spleen, liver, pancreas and myocardium manganese content with the diet supplemented with elevated manganese levels significantly higher (P lt; 0.10) different manganese sources were no significant differences (P gt; 0.10). Significant interaction manganese source with manganese levels affect the 21-day-old broiler kidney and spleen manganese content (P lt; 0.10), when adding manganese levels of 200 mg / kg, add organic manganese group was significantly higher than the adding manganese sulfate group (P lt; 0.10). 42-day-old broilers to add manganese group kidney and the metatarsal gray manganese content was significantly higher than that in the control group (P lt; 0.10), to add moderate complex strength composite amino acids manganese group kidneys and metatarsal gray manganese content significantly higher than the added of inorganic manganese sulfate group (P lt; 0.10). 3.21 and MnSOD mRNA level in the 42-day-old broiler myocardial mitochondria, MnSOD protein expression levels of MnSOD activity test group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P lt; 0.10), but manganese source and manganese source with manganese level Interactions no significant (P gt; 0.10). 4.21 day-old broiler myocardial cells to NOS activity unaffected manganese source, the level of manganese and its interaction (p gt; 0.10), but the level of manganese significantly affect the 42-day-old broiler cardiomyocytes NOS activity (P lt; 0.10) manganese NOS activity was significantly lower than the control group. Manganese sources and manganese source with manganese level interaction on the 21 and 42-day-old broiler cardiomyocytes MDA and NO content were not significantly affect (P gt; 0.10), but dietary manganese group myocardial cells MDA and NO were lower than the control group (P lt; 0.10). 6.21 and 42-day-old broiler cardiomyocyte apoptosis rate increase with the amount of dietary manganese Add decreased significantly (P lt; 0.10), but the manganese source and manganese source and manganese levels of interaction on its no significant effect (P gt ; 0.10).
