Abstract


The low temperature is an important ecological factors that affect plant growth and distribution , limiting some of the cold -sensitive crops planted in the cold seasons , leading the photosynthetic inefficiency , lower crop yields . Caragana microphylla microphylla children located in the steppe desert and typical desert with fixed and semi-fixed sand , strong water retention , water absorption capacity under low temperature stress , to adapt to the low-temperature environment . At present , the people of their research focused on biological characteristics , photosynthetic characteristics and water features , but little research on its molecular mechanism . Low temperature stress of of Caragana microphylla microphylla children cDNA for the test side (tester), Caragana microphylla microphylla children cryogenic induced expression of subtractive cDNA library using suppression subtractive hybridization technology to build a normal growth of of Caragana microphylla microphylla children cDNA for the driver side ( driver ) 1318 positive clones were amplified library colony PCR analysis , 250-750 bp insert fragment .
