Abstract

Kale originated in cruciferous Brassica plants, juicy flower stalk and leaves for food, the one of the China's famous specialty vegetables. For a long time, the cabbage kale originated in China originated in the Mediterranean coastal classification relationship there are two kinds of radically opposite view: a view that kale is a variant of the cabbage and kale, B. oleracea determined named var. alboglabra; Another view is that kale is independent of cabbage, kale named B. alboglabra. problems kale how evolved and there is no clear answer. In this paper, different kale varieties and representative of cabbage varieties (reproductive organs product broccoli stems kohlrabi and product in cabbage leaves) for material products, growth and development from the kale and cabbage to various botanical characters of the growth period, the growth and development of the kale and cabbage hybrid parents and index, as well as hybrids, parental and hybrids pollen scanning electron microscope, POD isozyme explore other variants of the kale and cabbage phylogenetic relationship designed to provide a theoretical basis for determining the taxonomic status of the kale and cabbage. Botanical characters of different periods of kale and cabbage studies have shown that the smaller the differences between the varieties of the seedling stage, and in the harvest period and flowering quite different; analysis of various materials in different growth stages clustering The difference is obvious, and the harvest period and flowering classification results based on botanical characters, in line with the traditional taxonomy results. Kale and cabbage representative of the other three variants (cabbage, broccoli and kohlrabi) normal hybridization the average hybridization affinity index 13.4; were normal fertile hybrids, the morphologic between parents were biased in favor of cabbage, broccoli and kohlrabi; self-compatibility and various hybrids, the average self-compatible and index of 14.1, F2 generation of normal germination; clustering analysis showed that the Euclidean distance is 2.78 The two the kale varieties of separate clustered into a class 2 head cabbage varieties 8 and two the kale varieties of hybrid F1 can be clustered into one group, two broccoli cultivars and two the kale varieties of hybrid 8 F1 can be clustered into one class, two varieties of kohlrabi and two the kale varieties of hybrid the eight F1 can be clustered into one group, relatively close genetic relationship of kale Cabbage. According to the test results, and other varieties of kale and cabbage belong to the same species, and the inference kale by capitata variants evolved. The peroxidase isoenzyme test, scanning and leaves of kale and cabbage and hybrids pollen electron microscopy further proof of the above point of view. Kale and cabbage and its hybrids pollen morphology very similar equatorial view prolate, polar view the Trifid round or nearly round, with tricolpate, to pitch cyclic distribution; peroxide co-workers enzymes have three common enzyme with kale with some cabbage varieties to four enzymes belt, kale and cabbage are not the enzyme with its own unique, that was close to kale and cabbage, and based on pollen morphology and co-workers enzyme based on cluster analysis based on the botany morphological traits clustering results consistent. Established kale cabbage another variant.
