Abstract

Greenhouse tomato intercropping garlic tomato contributed garlic continuous cropping obstacles and integrated for the purpose of biological effects, research intercropping different sowing dates and varieties of garlic seedling emergence, agronomic traits, bulbs traits yield advantage; ecological effects aspects of tomato intercropping garlic on soil microorganisms, soil enzyme and soil nutrient research; through indoor antibacterial test to study the inhibitory effect of garlic root exudates on bacterial wilt, interplanting establishment of garlic technical system for greenhouse tomato reference. Test achieved the following main conclusions: (1) 2008 to 2009 test showed that, S1 (August 25 Ri) sowing date garlic than S2 (September 9 Ri) and S3 (September 24 Ri) emergence days the number of long, but the seedling as early as ; S1 sowing of garlic leaf length, leaf width, stem height false false stem diameter, plant height, number of roots and number of leaves than two sowing period advantage cultivars maximum leaf length, leaf width, false stem diameter very significantly greater than the other three varieties, plant height, root number G64; the early sowing promote garlic bulb enlargement bulb maximum diameter, minimum diameter, longitudinal diameter and circumference G64 maximum followed by G87; G64 single head weight greater than the other three species, the highest yield. S1 sowing date harvest period than in open garlic earlier listed 30 ~ 35 d, and raise the price 60%, the the G64 output value of 32,614 yuan / hm2. The Guanzhong greenhouses late autumn tomato intercropping garlic suitable varieties of garlic G64, suitable sets of sowing period of August 25. 2009 to 2010 greenhouse Intercropping trials further indicates that, G39, G64 and G87 varieties, G64 growth dominant. August 31 broadcast of garlic, 35 d after the G64 germination rate of 94.4% after the G64 and G87, G39, seedling emergence. From the of garlic o-line number, a line near the tomato neighbor Garlic Sprouting Garlic Sprouting fast next to line 2. (2) from 2008 to 2009 tests showed that the different periods of greenhouse tomato (1 gold shed) intercropping different varieties of garlic tomato pattern and yield no significant impact. 2009 to 2010 test showed that the greenhouse tomato (Israel 1420) intercropping different varieties of garlic and garlic on tomato plant height, stem diameter and yield no statistically significant impact; intercropping garlic quality of tomato, and even as the growing of two single for tomato compared to of intercropping tomato fruit nitrate and nitrite content is lower, and total soluble sugars and sugar-acid ratio higher quality index value. (3) 2008 to 2009 test showed that interplanting system tomatoes with garlic symbiotic period, the number of bacteria, fungi and actinomycetes in the soil were tested gradually rising trend, the number of soil microorganism garlic early sowing than late sowing, G64 G87 more than the other two varieties, intercropping than monoculture. Soil catalase, urease, sucrase and alkaline phosphatase activity was increased and then decreased trend in two crops symbiotic period. 2009 to 2010 tests showed that interplanting system in the whole symbiotic period soil microbe quantity and activity variation and from 2008 to 2009 test results. 2009 to 2010 the annual tests, treatments soil microbe quantity and activity of the I-Gs gt; I-G64 gt; I-G87 gt; I-G39, gt; MT, show that the the intercropping G64 varieties 蒜苗 than the corresponding varieties The garlic is more conducive to improve soil microbe quantity and enzyme activity. The tomato garlic symbiotic period, soil available nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium content was increased and then decreased. The tomato garlic symbiotic preliminary soil available nitrogen, available phosphorus and available potassium intercropping than monoculture opposite Symbiosis late. November 27, 2009, the MT available nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium content. (4) garlic root exudates has antibacterial effects on tomato bacterial wilt, and with the increase in the concentration of garlic root exudates, the inhibitory effect enhancement. The antibacterial test plate culture method, when the garlic root exudates concentration of 0.4 mg / ml, the inhibition rate of bacterial wilt of 100.0%, the Ralstonia solanacearum all killed.
