Abstract


Customs History of research in recent years has made quite fruitful , and the Customs in modern Chinese development process is also a focus of attention of the academic community . Trading ports open and modern customs have an important impact on the establishment of a regional economic and social changes . Modern Hainan feudal regions by a closed to an opening up of the feudal region shift , and Qiongzhou open to the trading ports and Qionghai off , in the mouth of set up has a close relationship . It can be said that the The Qiongzhou open as a trading port is the beginning of the process of modernization in Hainan , Qionghai off plays an important role in this process .
