Abstract

Blood pressure measurement technology has been widely used in clinical medicine with a variety of cardiovascular research . Non-invasive blood pressure measurement technology with its unique advantages , more and more research and clinical workers . At the same time , cardiovascular - related physiological and pharmacological experiments , the use of non-invasive blood pressure measurement is a common method of tail-cuff method in conscious mice . The non-invasive blood pressure measurement can be repeated in the awake state to measure the blood pressure of the animal , anesthesia and other factors can reduce the impact on the experimental results . The author designed and implemented a specific mice and non-invasive electronic blood pressure measurement system used in scientific research work . This paper introduces the overall composition of the blood pressure measurement system , and then based on the features introduced from the hardware and software of the system design and implementation . Hardware, including the collected signal amplified and filtered pulse pressure signal acquisition , processing , AD conversion , encoding the upper transmission function . The software part of the main host computer signal display , save , zoom , scroll the image processing operations to achieve , and a brief introduction to each part relates to the software code . Finally, a summary of the full text and the direction of future work and the system improved . The hardware part of the paper microcontroller as the core design and implementation of , the software part of Visual C as a tool for the preparation of the PC software system . After several tests , the system is safe , stable and efficient mouse non-invasive blood pressure measurement .
