Abstract


In recent years , the chain has become the main direction of the development of China's retail industry . Chain is characterized by variety, small batch , transaction and needs frequent changes, which requires logistics system according to consumer demand for timely delivery of the goods to the point of sale, to meet consumer demand. Chain is the world's widely used in many countries as a modern form of commercial operations of the market economy develops to a certain degree of product. It is conducive to business enterprises to obtain economies of scale and achieve operating intensification . Distribution centers in the chain has a central position , plays an important role . In an increasingly competitive retail chains today, distribution centers in order to improve customer satisfaction rate , dealing with different units in the daily quantity of goods will face a great challenge , especially for those multiple batches of small quantities of goods . Obviously distribution centers in these areas need to improve replenishment and sorting strategies to better meet customer needs. In this thesis, a systematic summary of the relevant domestic and international distribution center replenishment operations research results , to understand and grasp the current research in the field theory and method ; while in-depth research and analysis of the domestic distribution center chain replenishment operation problems and bottlenecks ; proposed distribution center replenishment strategy development steps and methods , focusing on the replenishment job policy analysis of the factors affecting the process , in particular the application EIQ analysis method for comprehensive analysis , and accordingly establish replenishment job execution model , the paper finally combined with the actual case , through the fill before and after the application of the goods replenishment strategies operating efficiency comparison of the data in order to verify the reliability of replenishment operation strategies , in order to reflect the thesis with a very real sense .
