Abstract


The outbreak of the First World War caused the word of "The League of Nations" was recognized and understand by the world;"The League of Nations"caused the estensive and profound thought from the Chinese intellectuals.Based on the reports of the Pacific Publication as core,were concentrate on reflecting the more comprehensive consideration about the Union organization which was going to repects the whole world in the background of the war.This text is going to describe from the three levels:The firt part demonstrated the Chinese intellectuals contacted the rationality and the possiblity with the historical environment,and disscussed about the First World War and with it’s result as the Peaceful Thoughts and The Cosmopolitan Thoughts;On this basis,into the discussing about the second part that was the most concerned thing. Because The League of Nations how to build and expand which relation to it’s power and influence of dealing with international affairs; Give analysis and evaluation to the established policies and institutions of The League of Nations so as to the Appointed rule Policy and the International court and so on.What more important thing is they came up with themselves ideas and better arrangements;Remarkably,How to guarantee the power and the established regulations of The League of Nations were the focus for discussion of the Chinese intellectuals,and they have made some original ideas. So the third part shows the attitude and evaluation of the Chinese intellectuals,。In case,to the text of The League of Nations to Chinese intellectuals influence and the carenesses and these thoughts of Chinese intellectuals about The League of Nations to be visible,so this article discussing are some of the real learning.
