Abstract


Value Based Management (VBM) that only corporate rate of return on invested capital exceeds the cost of capital invested capital , the companies will create value . Economic Value Added ( EVA) is a more state-of-the-art value management indicators , its core idea is to focus on the cost of capital , to encourage value creation , to highlight the main business , improve the efficiency of the use of funds , taking into account the interests of the investor and the operators . SAC since 2010 , all central enterprises to implement the EVA core value-oriented assessment , to guide the scientific decision-making of the central enterprises , prudent investment, continue to enhance corporate value - generating capacity , to achieve world-class companies to cultivate a group of international competitiveness . strategic objectives . How to guide the state-owned enterprises to focus on return on capital and the development of quality to maintain the necessary pace of development is facing new challenges in performance evaluation . Through this research , hoping to improve the operation and management of state-owned enterprises and the promotion of our state-owned enterprises to establish scientific and standardized performance evaluation system some inspiration . From a scientific concept of performance , the performance evaluation of the course of development of domestic and foreign enterprises , state-owned enterprises performance evaluation of the status quo , and is based on EVA Performance Evaluation advantage theory investigated , the results showed that the EVA can fundamentally change the mode of operation of the enterprise , and then design a state-owned enterprise EVA performance evaluation system , and applied research of China 's copper industry leader - Jiangxi Copper 's performance last action due to improved management strategies and recommendations for state-owned enterprises to enhance effective way of EVA and EVA value .
