Abstract


As market competition continues to intensify , customer demand continues to expand, companies are constantly changing service model , which not only expands the company's management scope , depth and difficulty , but also greatly improve the company's operating costs , the company's profit margins much smaller , which gives the internal management of enterprises bring new challenges . Company leaders increasingly recognize that business process redesign on the importance of corporate survival and development , and recognizing the business process reengineering is not \Lord, supplemented by information technology , enterprise business process reengineering and information technology combines unified and generate interaction effects . Only through business process reengineering to improve enterprise management level , improve work efficiency, reduce costs , thereby enhancing the market competitiveness of enterprises . This article from the problems of internal management and external competitive pressures two aspects HKP company introduced the current situation and analyze the main problems facing the company as well as the implementation of business processes within a company restructuring the necessity and feasibility of the company's existing part of the core business processes for analysis and research. HKP combined company's strategic objectives and the characteristics of the industry , the company's business process optimization, transformation, and the design of new business processes, especially for planning, logistics , fixed assets, materials testing, accounting and other core business processes for analysis and design . Then according to the new business processes designed to establish a new organizational structure of the company make full use of modern information technology advantages , the successful implementation of business process reengineering, and achieved the desired results. Finally HKP companies implement business process reengineering key success factors necessary conditions for the necessary ways and means as well as the possible risks for analysis. HKP company through business process reengineering to improve the company 's overall efficiency and management level, thereby enhancing the company's market competitiveness.
