Abstract


Late start of environmental criminal law , criminal large-scale involvement of environmental crime control began in the 1970s . In view of the urgent need to protect environmental resources and the trend of the international community to criminal legislation , in 1997 the Penal Code Chapter prejudice in order of social administration in the form of chapters specifically provides for protection of environmental resources, destruction of the crime , the formation of relatively independent of environmental criminal law .
