Abstract


This article consists of four parts , to the exclusive use of all common part of the condominium . The first chapter analyzes the historical evolution of the ownership of the condominium , and the exclusive right of condominium ownership , co-ownership and co-management rights analysis . On this basis , the total part summarizes the characteristics of condominium ownership . Chapter II Total of all condominium . Specific analysis , summarized the total part of the structure and characteristics , and then were analyzed from the perspective of the right to property of the co-ownership , and analysis from the point of view of the subject, object and content of rights constitute . Total of all proprietary use of the condominium Chapter establishment, modification or elimination of analysis . Analysis from the establishment of the main body , to set up the object and method to establish the three aspects of the exclusive use of the establishment ; then analyzed the alteration of the subject and the object changes ; final analysis of the contract conditions are accomplished and legal reason eradication eradication , part of the proprietary use of eradication .
