Abstract


For the backbone of lean production—just-in-time production speaking, kanban management is an important tool. The core content of just-in-time production is "to eliminate waste, to eliminate inventory", and kanban management is the big driving force towards this goal. Enterprise kanban management mode of the establishment and application of implementation is not a simple easy engineering system, which involves the training and participation of many departments personnel, enterprise internal must set up related soft and hard power, including the injection of the related equipment and capital.CS Company as one of the small and medium-sized manufacturing and assembly enterprises, has the common characteristics:management more delay backward; Because many for production orders, demand forecast accuracy is not high, production line and plans are less able to disconnect process equalization cooperation relationship with suppliers, should be strengthened.Combining with the kanban management CS Company in lean manufacturing and kanban management basic principle basis, through CS Company kanban management of the basic principles and kanban running rules and billboards key issues such as the role of narrative, more detail analyzed the CS Company kanban management successes and the problems existing in the present application, the author puts forward his own improvement strategies, mainly concentrated in management, improving demand forecast, improve production line, the process of establishment and suppliers equalization coordinated cooperative relationship. Hope to provide some valuable application thinking to other small and medium enterprises via the proposed improvement strategies for CS Company kanban management.
