Abstract


In this paper, the quasi-government associations in the perspective of community development path , from gradually standardized organizational building , business activities , membership contact with the unit in charge of the day-to-day working relationship between the practical point of view and practical work experience of the presence of the semi-official community necessity , living environment, development advantages and disadvantages as well as opportunities to compete where policy changes to business authorities , operational guidance , regulators reference . First, describe the semi-official community History , a simple statement of the semi-official Societies cases the Shanghai Musicians Association nature, purpose , after its establishment and origin . Then, the detailed pattern of Shanghai Musicians Association , formed in government functions continue the process of transition to a service-oriented government .
