Abstract


Economists and management scientists have come to realize the enterprise has to maintain the state of motion invariant properties (inertia) resistance to change has been seriously restricted its development, has become a source of business decline. Enterprise as a subsystem of the social system, and its development is not isolated, but a process of constant interaction with the environment. Awareness of the importance of organizational inertia research is also originated from enterprises face increasing environmental uncertainty. This paper uses cutting-edge catastrophe theory to establish the dynamic model of the behavior of tissue reaction the analog tissue reaction process, through the organization of the reciprocal of the slope of the response surface of organizational inertia quantitative research can not only determine the factors affect the intensity of organizational inertia effects, but can also inertia of the size of the organization to measure.
