Abstract


The boundary problem has always been one of the major international conflicts, but also in international relations, the most sensitive and most difficult to deal with one of the issues, while the Sino-Russian border is another 300-plus years in the evolving, and has a very complicated historical background. Now, China and Russia as the world’s big country, how to develop their relations not only vital for both countries, but also for the whole of Asia and the whole world peace and development, world political and economic new order are far-reaching impact. Therefore, the study of Sino-Russian border issue is of great significance. First of all, has an important strategic significance. For the ongoing modernization of China needs a stable surrounding environment, the Russian Far East region is adjacent to the surrounding areas of Northeast China’s important to study how effective way to peaceful resolution of border, to ensure a stable surrounding environment, whether political or economic, security and other aspects of China is of great significance. Secondly, there is a certain academic value. Sino-Russian border issue is a historical problem is dealing with bilateral relations between the two governments when issues of particular concern, it would become ever more concerned about the academic focus. Finally, there is a certain practical guide. In the world has entered the theme of peace and development today, the peaceful settlement of international disputes has become more and more the consensus of sovereign States. In this paper, by studying the Russian process of peaceful settlement of border issues for the world to solve similar problems in other countries provide a reference has to do with a certain degree of reality. In this paper, black blind island of return as an opportunity to the border such as science and history based on the theory to study the boundary issue between China and Russia to resolve the boundary change process and to explore the root causes and the solution of border issues between the two countries and the practical significance will affect the world.This paper is divided into five chapters, of which two, three, four chapters are discussed in this article important part of the first chapter introduction, the main purpose of introducing topics of papers, significance, research status and trends. Chapter II is the origin of boundary issue between China and Russia. The third chapter is the process of resolving the Sino-Russian border issue, which is hard in the talks. Chapter IV focuses on the black blind island problem solving process, and the two long and a complex demarcation. Chapter V is the boundary between the two countries solve the problem of the significance of the two countries and the world impact.
