Abstract

As the modern basketball game constantly developing and enhancing, the confrontation has been becoming more fierce with sometimes even heating, thus the request for players having robust ability of psychological tolerance is increasingly obvious. A defender, as the core of one team and the coach in the field, should exert his leadership to control the game rhythm and make the team using the skills and tactics in reason. A player who wanted to be a brilliant defender of basketball game needs not only the healthy body, normal IQ and excellent skills, but also the strong willpower, high basketball consciousness and literacy, and good self-cultivation. As a defender, the female player was usually less passionality and less desired for victory than male one. Reseach on sport psychology and training demonstrates that the none-intellectual elements also influence the competion of a team and the none-intellectual elements are extremely beneficial for a female defender keeping thinking unobstructed, interest sustained and attention concentrated. Therefore this research uses the female defenders from CUBA national Eight best teams as the main objects to study the effects of none-intellectual elements to a defender and the solution. On one hand, this article aims to, by reseaching deeply and systemicly the effects of none-intellectual elements, enrich the training contents and make the defender all-round developing on body, intellectual and skill, and than bring about the sustainability to CUBA game. On the other hand, it can provide some helpful references to a coach for choosing and training a defender.This reseach has adopted documentary method, expert interview, questionnaire, Mathematical statistics and logical analysis etc. Based on the stage description of Professer Yan Guocai about none-intellectual and the cornerstone that combine theory with practice, we have made "Questionnaire about the effection of none-intellectual elements to training CUBA female basketball defenders" and "Questionnaire for coach about the effection of none-intellectual elements to training CUBA female basketball defenders". These two questionnaires have gotton affirmation from many experts and athletes, and have played an important tool for the whole reseach process. Through adding up and analyze the data of the 2 questionnaire, it demonstrate that the elements of none-intellecture, intreset, emotion, willpower and character all affect the defender separately, and in those element the interest and willpower have more critical effection. In addition, the coach, defender-player and undefender-players also have multiple effect on the defender’s non-intellectual elements.
