Abstract


The history of higher education is the most important basis for the formation of higher education management tradition . It is the historical causes of the current higher education management official master , centralized management , bureaucratic organization distinct focus on the basic characteristics of the administrative management . The new period of development , China's higher education management must innovate in management philosophy, management system , management privileges and school autonomy , in order to ensure the effective management of higher education and scientific development . The article first domestic management system of higher education and universities the course of the reform of the internal management system , from both the macro and micro dimensions reviews on the main content of the internal reform of Chinese Universities , and the results of the internal management system of Chinese universities and missing were analyzed. With the establishment of the socialist market economic system and continuously improve , colleges and universities must establish internal management system matched with the socialist market economic system , streamline the organization , optimizing the structure and implementation of the employment contract system and the full appointment system , the implementation of the preparation and total wages the contract system , the implementation of the socialization of logistics management is an effective measure of the reform of the internal management system in colleges and universities .
