Abstract


Multinationals since appeared since become an important driving force of economic globalization , especially since the 1990s , with the development of world economic integration , the advancement of technology and the popularity of the network technology , RD internationalization has become multinationals strategy important part. Therefore, the organizational model of multinationals RD internationalization process has also become a hot topic in theory and practice . Look from the the RD organizational model development process , the the RD organizational model has gone through five stages . Today, has entered the era of information technology , the RD organizational model should change with the development of the times , so as to adapt to the changes in the world economic environment . China is a developing country , the organization of multinational companies in the internationalization process in RD mode must vary with the developed countries . Reference to the basis of a large number of domestic and foreign scholars , drawing on the results of previous studies , using theoretical analysis and case analysis of the combined method to construct virtual RD organization mode of the Haier Group in the process of internationalization , to explore for Haier Group the new mode of development , and look forward to other enterprises in China to play a certain referential significance to promote the development of our other businesses better . This paper first analyzes the existing classical theory on organizational models and analysis of their respective advantages and disadvantages . Then , the theoretical foundation of the virtual RD organization , motivation and advantages . Then the theoretical basis around the virtual RD organization describes the initial conditions of their formation , evolution of the existing three typical organizational model analysis , found their respective advantages and disadvantages , and create a virtual RD organization need to have a prerequisite . At last, empirical analysis , first introduced on the course of development of the Haier Group , on the basis of the analysis of the research and development status of the Haier Group , Haier Group based on the implementation of virtual RD organization and design their virtual RD organization mode and implementation of the results to predict .
