Abstract

At present, China's socialist market economic system reform and improvement of the flow of talent to become a theme of human resources development under the new historical conditions, teachers are also the same as other human resources into talent flow of the tide, the growing phenomenon of turnover of teachers common. Preschool teachers, however, overall survival in poor condition, and the high turnover rate of teachers even change fundamentally healthy and sustainable development of early childhood education, therefore, concerned about the preschool teachers liquidity has important practical significance. In this paper, the preschool teachers liquidity Wuhan study ecosystems and the ecological balance of the ecology as a theoretical tool to investigate the law for basic research methods to construct the rational flow of the ecological environment of the preschool teachers for the purpose of in-depth analysis of the kindergarten teachers liquidity the status quo, there is a problem, the influencing factors and their impact. The study results show that preschool teachers too often flow; flow direction is a one-way upward mobility; the peripatetic teachers mainly in young and middle-aged; recessive loss of highly educated teachers is serious; low liquidity teachers titles-level; flow of preschool teachers more showed the kind of personal behavior. Which system from early childhood teachers, meso systems and micro-systems analysis of flow of teachers, the results showed that the personal property of the preschool teachers, family environment, the kindergarten environmental and social environment are important factors affecting the mobility of teachers. The turnover of teachers is not only influenced by the surrounding environment, and in the flow process may bring other individuals or the environment, such as preschool teachers, child care, kindergartens and social, positive or negative impact. Finally, according to the view of the ecological balance, the advocate to build teachers rational flow of ecological environment, to promote the development of early childhood education. First, the socio-ecological environment, including the formulation the preschool teachers favor the rational flow of education policy, the implementation of preschool teachers in the area of ??\Secondly, the the perfect nursery ecological environment, to keep teachers is relatively stable, that preschool teachers to improve the working conditions and strengthen the training of early childhood teachers 'professional skills, strengthen early childhood teachers' professional autonomy. Third, the effort to build a preschool teacher harmonious development of ecological environment, the supportive environment of kindergartens and families build the survival and development of early childhood teachers, the media and academia guide the community together to focus on early childhood teachers liquidity.
