Abstract


With the rapid development of China's industrialization and urbanization accelerated development is the trend of the times, the problem of landless peasants, and in the rapidly expanding part of the groups in the number of landless peasants, the national government and theorists are very concerned about the issue of landless peasants, especially this part of the population is an important guarantee for the loss of the land, the survival, development issues, land acquisition and resettlement, most of them were placed in the complex built in the city to move back to a cell in the process of transition from rural communities to urban communities, landless peasants goodbye to the idyllic rural life, and to integrate into the fast-paced, competitive city life, you must complete this transformation in terms of psychological, lifestyle, values, maintain and establish good relationships with the communities where the residents is conducive to obtain more emotional, material and other support and momentum to solve the city alone, employment difficulties, it is difficult to adapt to urban life; addition, harmonious interpersonal relationships between people, is a manifestation of the fine tradition of Chinese culture, harmony important part of the social and spiritual civilization of great significance for building a moderately prosperous society and a harmonious socialist society. Landless peasants relationships, maintain, develop and improve the interpersonal relationships of this part of the vulnerable groups, for the livable community building to move back to the cell from the actual operational level, has a very important significance. In this paper, using the literature method, questionnaires, individual interviews, made an empirical study on the move back to farmers interpersonal move back within the district the landless farmers interpersonal situation survey analysis, discussed in a society in transition, Community Change context interpersonal changes in rural areas, and highlight the move back to district the interpersonal characteristics different from those of urban commercial district and rural communities, described the move back to cell status and the current interpersonal status quo of the causes, and proposed the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. Part IV: social network analysis methods to describe the scale of the object of this paper, the relationship between composition and study groups homogeneity and heterogeneity, research motive and manner of their exchanges. Part V: The combination of specific cases, families of landless peasants, neighborhood relations, industry, geographic specific circumstances of different categories of interpersonal discourse and analysis, in addition, their performance in the interpersonal \The relationship described and analyzed. Part VI: the combination of social transition interpersonal characteristics of urban and rural areas to study on the move back to farmers interpersonal characteristics.
