Abstract

Private archives and public records Correspondingly, is a private enterprise, the family (family), various groups (or small group) as well as individuals in the private business activities arising out of or through legal means to acquire and accumulate private ownership history, which save the state and society have been incorporated into the value range of statutory national management. Private archives belonging to private property, but it is different from the general private property, it is the country an integral part of archival resources, is an important complement to social historical memory, but also the traditional culture bearers and disseminators. It forms at all levels of society in various fields, a wide range of diverse content, social, historical microcosm and refraction, from private archives, we can learn a national, ethnic, social development and change. In this paper, the combination of theory and practice methods to resolve private archives management in the fundamental problems, improve our private archives management as the goal, through the comparison of domestic and foreign private archives management, private files on our existing legislation and management system The analysis, from many angles to explore the lack of private archives management and the reasons. On this basis, combined with China's national conditions, learn from foreign private archives management in the legislative, institutional set up and manage the experience of the way, so that our proposed targeted private archives management has become an effective way to improve: First, improve the private archives legislation.
