Abstract


With the rapid development of modern science and technology and social progress, as the most important part of training activities, training needs analysis, training activities become increasingly prominent position. In the past that does not conduct systematic training needs analysis, but racking our brains determine training needs formula approach would only add cost, not receive the desired effect. Training needs analysis, refers to determine whether the need for training and to determine the contents of a training activity or process. Identify training needs refers to the understanding of the need for training employees and their recognized degree, determine which employees need training and what kind of training needed to participate in the process. SME training needs analysis research and its technological method of choice is to further improve the SME training needs of the system, but also the theoretical development. In this study, by introducing the theory of training needs analysis and related training needs analysis methods, to explain why companies should conduct a training needs analysis, training needs analysis affect what factors, corporate training needs analysis methodology and enterprises which training needs analysis required organizational security, and further to XMSXD (Xiamen Shi Xinda) as an example to enhance the training effect. In this study, through literature, data statistics, summarized Law Act, surveys and other methods to diagnose the current training needs of SMEs in the process of analysis problems: the lack of necessary training needs analysis, training as firefighters are provisional decision ; only capable of training in pre-training needs analysis in the enterprise, training needs analysis is also out of the firm's strategic orientation exist in isolation, so that their services are not well trained in corporate strategy; and training needs of enterprises analysis of the lack of scientific methods to guide; training needs analysis has been carried out in enterprises, training needs analysis method is also relatively simple to use and can not be related to the method of the integrated use of enterprise training needs analysis. Problems for SMEs, this study puts forward some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions: First, during the training necessary prior to the training needs analysis; Secondly, SMEs when conducting training needs analysis to corporate strategy-oriented, so that enterprises training to serve the business strategy; once again; SMEs to standardize training needs analysis, configuration, professionals engaged in the business of training needs analysis, to enhance the professionalism of trainers so that it can be trained to master the use of scientific and technical methods to analyze corporate training needs; Finally, SMEs training needs analysis method according to the actual situation and the technical characteristics and methods applicable conditions of the integrated use. Due to the current techniques for training needs analysis and theoretical research methods is relatively small, so it's written on the paper with some difficulty, but it also gave the study a space, which can be proved in this study has some theoretical and practical significance. This paper aims to investigate XMSXD (Xiamen Shi Xinda) the company's training status, and select the appropriate method to analyze their training needs, thereby enhancing the effect of the implementation of training activities, training activities for SMEs also provide some reference.
