Abstract


Into the 21st century , the world of high-tech industries flourish development of high-tech industry plays an increasingly important role in the economic development of countries . The soul of the high-tech industry is a technological innovation , but the level of technological innovation in high-tech industries , compared to China and developed countries, there is still a certain gap . Study how to improve the level of high-tech industrial technology innovation is imminent , to evaluate the level of technological innovation is the premise of improving the level of technological innovation . Therefore , constituted to study the level of high-tech industrial technology innovation and evaluation of high-tech industrial technology innovation level has important theoretical significance and practical value . Summarizing the literature found that the current evaluation of the level of technological innovation , constitute a clear level of technological innovation , and most of them is to start from the technological innovation capability or the efficiency of technological innovation . This article defines the broad level of technological innovation of high-tech industries constitute four aspects including capacity , efficiency , risk and environmental , the narrow technological innovation include only the level of capacity and efficiency . This paper describes the relationship and difference between high-tech and high-tech , summarizes the different organizations or countries the definition of high-tech industries , summarizes the characteristics of the high-tech industry and select a narrow technical level of innovation from the industry and region in the status quo of China 's development ; the angle build the object of the evaluation of the level of technological innovation ; build indicators screening pool , use the factor the public -degree method to select the evaluation of the level of technological innovation ; learning scholars commonly used method of evaluation of technological innovation , in order to avoid the evaluation of the right to re- playing points, to select the principal component analysis and data envelopment analysis as an evaluation method ; empirical analysis of the level of technical innovation of China 's high-tech industry , the Guangdong region with the highest level of technological innovation of China 's high-tech industry , electronics and communication equipment manufacturing industry is the highest level of the high-tech industry in China 's technological innovation ; final results of the empirical analysis , found that the shortcomings and deficiencies of China's high-tech industrial technology innovation , and put forward relevant countermeasures to enhance the level of technological innovation of China 's high-tech industry .
