Abstract


With the successful implementation of the April 29, 2005, the split share structure reform, China's capital market into the circulation times. The increase in the market value of listed companies can bring huge returns to shareholders, prompting the master control of the company's shareholders started to pay attention to stock prices brought about by the investment income and dividends of the company, and actively channeling resources to support the company's listed companies development. Existing literature on the association support is often around the \motivation, post-transfusion blood \But in fact, when the controlling shareholder equity ratio is larger, able to get more return for the company, for the overall interests or considerations of future long-term benefits of control, large shareholders tend to \conducive to the increase in the performance of the company. Firstly define the behavior of the associated support transfer of benefits for the controlling shareholders to listed companies, based on the close relationship between corporate governance and related party transactions were related support and the concept of corporate governance has been a detailed interpretation and sort out the relevant research literature; followed by analysis status of Listed Companies in China, combined with a chart on the selected samples for statistical analysis of the status quo of China's listed companies associated support a more clear idea; and then empirical study of the controlling shareholder of the association support the performance of listed companies in China, further the proportion of the largest shareholder, the concentration of ownership of checks and balances and the equity the three shareholding structure of the associated support, and then distinguish between the controlling shareholder is state-owned and non-state two structures, and between 20% and 50% of the critical point first. a large proportion of shareholding is divided into three intervals of the absolute control of the relative holding and decentralized holding, inspection of state-owned and non-state-owned holding the three intervals associated support the economic consequences, in order to reveal the shareholding structure of governance effect; Finally conclusions and policy recommendations. This article analyzed from the point of view of the shareholding structure of the associated value of the support effect. Studies have shown that the appropriate concentration of the equity will become the development trend of the future shareholding structure of listed companies in China.
