Abstract

In recent years, driven by the tide of information, along with the development of society and the changing economic environment, companies how rational allocation and use of resources to improve their position in the competition, is the manager who must seriously address the important issues. As an advanced management methods, state-owned enterprises have invested in information technology to a certain human, financial and material resources. Many state-owned enterprises to establish a company's local area network, developed a number of information systems. In the late 1980s, appeared in business management enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, which the enterprise is divided into several mutual cooperation, mutual support of many modules, so that enterprises will demand planning, procurement, inventory management, warehouse management and invoice verification of these business processes closely co-ordinated. With the development and change of economic system, the domestic enterprises in the fierce competition in the market to further strengthen enterprise management, to enable enterprises to create a better economic success of the ERP concept of Western companies have gradually been introduced into China Enterprise Management theory and practice, some domestic enterprises have begun to actively explore for China's state-owned enterprises ERP management mode. As an advanced management methods, ERP success in business promotion and implementation of the corporate decision-making can be configured to social objectives and its resources, scientific and professional management approach to quantify and integrate corporate entities logistics, capital flow , information flow and human resources flow to obtain competitive position, which can effectively solve business management and competition in the existing deficiencies. ERP system is a large integrated system, PM module and MM module, finance module information is shared many data sharing to facilitate the query, and timely decision-making basis for the maintenance management. For example: the material can be carried out in the system related information and financial settlement and other related information inquiries. Quoted previously planned for the material inventory, price and other information, and financial settlement information is not clear, Now it is convenient. By some reports can clearly see the work order implementation of the plan as reported, has a library of materials, not the library materials, the actual costs incurred and other data at a glance. This article summarizes the China National Petroleum Corporation Urumqi Petrochemical Company as the ERP promotion units, in the promotion of a series of problems encountered in the process as well as problem solving. First, in the promotion process in Urumqi Petrochemical Company established ERP platform that build a set of production planning, sales management, purchasing management, inventory management, equipment management, project management and financial management functions into one unified integrated ERP work platform, establishing centralized unified database, data sharing, to ensure that business information timely and accurate, real-time grasp the business operations of a comprehensive analysis of all aspects of the management and production information, for the enterprise rational allocation of resources, to adjust business and production strategies provide a scientific basis, in order to improve the company's operations and production, optimize business processes, further reducing costs. This study, not only for the China National Petroleum Corporation Urumqi Petrochemical Company's ERP success on the line and running smoothly summed up the experience, but also for the future of other successful promotion of refining enterprise ERP provide valuable experience.
