Abstract


SMEs are most active in the national economy , the most basic component of its ease employment pressure, promoting technological progress and maintain social stability have played an indispensable role in promoting. However, a long financing constraints become an important factor in the development of SMEs , and the \financing. In this paper, to fully absorb and learn from the results of previous studies and experiences based on the use case analysis and normative analysis method of combining , according to game theory , asymmetric information theory to the X pledge of accounts receivable financing business case study . First, the topic of this paper describes the background and significance , summarized and related receivables pledge financing research status , indicating that this line of research and wireframes . Secondly, introduce the concept of pledge financing receivables , types, characteristics , processes, and two related theories . Then presented an overview of X and the current corporate financing , and corporate pledge of accounts receivable financing environment are analyzed, and then introduces X pledge of accounts receivable financing enterprises for business process and results . Again , through the X pledge of accounts receivable financing enterprises for business process and the results were analyzed to identify the problems for business , the use of relevant theories on external financing environment and X- enterprises themselves analyze the causes of problems . Finally, for the causes of the problem , from the perfect pledge of accounts receivable financing environment and enhance the financing capacity of X and other aspects of their own suggestions , including the government step up publicity efforts, and improve laws and regulations, banks to establish risk assessment mechanism , X enterprises to pay attention own credit , improve the financial system, strengthen the management of accounts receivable . Through the joint efforts of the parties pledge of accounts receivable financing business can give full play to their advantages, better financing services for SMEs .
