Abstract


Chinese auto market competition intensifies , the user quality requirements getting higher and higher , and the quality of the pieces of the electrophoresis is to determine one of the important factors of the vehicle, parts , appearance and performance quality . This enables the plant must explore research preventive of cathodic electrophoretic project quality management theory and methods to improve the cathodic electrodeposition product quality to meet the needs of users . Firstly parts plant of cathodic electrophoretic project quality management characteristics and principles summarized in -depth study of the failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) and Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) theory basis , discussed in cathode electrophoresis project in the implementation of the steps of FMEA and FTA . Through the practical application of FMEA in the the shock absorber electrophoresis project cathodic electrophoretic FMEA method applies to the parts plant , and a shock absorber electrophoresis defect fault tree analysis for instance , to study the reasons for failure of the FTA in the cathodic electrodeposition FMEA analysis in the implementation of the method . The case studies show that the cathode electrophoresis FMEA and FTA analysis and prevention and the implementation of the improvement measures significantly improves the the cathode electrophoresis pieces quality and production economy , parts plant is built based on FMEA and FTA the cathodic electrophoretic project quality management the support and learn from .
