Abstract


In recent years, in order to meet people's clothing quality requirements , China introduced from abroad a considerable number of new textile equipment . At the same time, based on absorption and digestion of foreign advanced technology , co-production or on their own development and production of a number of new textile equipment . But within the industry there is competition is becoming increasingly fierce , the the profits growing trend of thin current situation , forcing manufacturing enterprises to be more focused on technical and project management in project development and production process . Ensure the orderly implementation of projects planned or completed ahead of schedule , this is the business cost savings , one of the effective measures to reduce the risk . The HD Company is a professional textile equipment manufacturing enterprises , mainly in the development and production of air-jet looms , has developed into a certain scale domestic textile equipment manufacturers . In this article , the the HD jet loom project development process will progress management to sort out and analyze where problems exist , then take advantage of the progress of the project management theory and methods of project progress in the project development process of the air-jet looms the management of the status quo corresponding improvement strategies to help the company to establish the progress of project development management processes in line with company characteristics . The research in this paper can provide reference for the progress of the project management of other enterprises in the product development process in the machinery and equipment .
