The industrialization of agriculture is a management system and a benefit distribution mechanism, whose essence is, by means of the connection of relevant links of market’s main bodies, to make’agricultural antenatal, produce medium, postpartum’to be professional specialization, undertake cooperation management or contract management, and need parties of integration organizations to share risks and benefits, to let every party to enjoy the average profit of the whole industrial chain. At present the industrialization of agriculture is a inevitable trend of agricultural development.The paper use MinQin county, a agricultural county, which located in the lower reaches of Shiyan River in the eastern part of Hexi Corridor, Gansu Province, as research object. Through investigation of this area, I did research on the county’s industrialization of agriculture. Administration of Shiyang river Basin was founded by the government to undertake the comprehensive restoration of the Shiyang river Basin. Minqin is a key area of the comprehensive restoration of the Shiyang river Basin. I introduced Minqin county’s basic situation, analyzed the influence of the comprehensive restoration of the Shiyang river Basin to Minqin county’s economic development,and analyzed the institution of industrialization of agriculture of the county, and then look for the limiting factors of industrialization of agriculture, at last I gives a couple of basic guiding principles and countermeasures for industrialization of agriculture of Minqin.
