Abstract


As China continues to open up the construction market , the traditional fixed pricing model has been unable to meet the market needs of economic development in favor of a common international BOQ pricing models. However, due to the formation of a long fixed pricing inherent in the concept and the current construction market management mechanism is not fundamentally changed, although the bill of quantities has been implemented in some areas , but with the international practice , there are still not a small gap . And the implementation of the Bill of Quantities conditions are not perfect . Bill of the most important condition is \Focus of this study is the lack of enterprise- scale conditions Quick Quote implementation method , in order to provide convenience for the construction enterprises . This article first bill of quantities theory a brief introduction , and then , through the composite base method, the degree of similarity coefficient method , fuzzy mathematics method and the regression analysis of the presentation and analysis, pointing out their advantages and disadvantages and feasibility . On this basis , we propose a gray prediction model, innovative sequencing method using gray correlation filter on work already done to achieve a GM (l, l) and GM (l, N) model optimization. In modeling , the proposed project will be the selection of a typical project cost and price structure analysis combined modeling methods, and using the method of bidding on a project were predicted .
