Abstract


Whether the process of urbanization, the land should be given to individuals the right to trade is a controversial issues. With the free movement of people between urban and rural areas more relaxed regulation , economy is the culmination of the process of urbanization among ; because the market is not complete, most of the developing economies in the process of urbanization , there are still a lot of distortion ; Therefore, the land the right to trade on urbanization patterns and the efficiency have a certain impact. Therefore, this article will focus on land transactions are vested personal choice placed under incomplete markets , urbanization in the background of theoretical analysis . In the case of incomplete markets , land trading rights in the process of urbanization in multiple roles ; their value can be decomposed into three categories: the land itself as a factor of production to a return value ; individuals have the right to trade in the case of land has value of the collateral ; transactions are not vested in the individual case, as a compulsory insurance protection value . Transaction shall be vested in a different case, different from the value of land acquired on the market equilibrium will have different effects . This will be the context of urbanization , modeling discussed under different systems of urbanization balance and efficiency , and to further explore whether individuals should be given the right to choose the conditions of land transactions , make relevant policy recommendations.
