Abstract


\How the Chinese Communist Party has been to solve the \In contemporary China to solve rural issues namely, the development of modern agriculture, increasing farmers' income, build a civilized and harmonious socialist new countryside inseparable as the primary productive technology. Today's world, technology is the national economic and social development of a strong driving force, technological innovation reflects a country's comprehensive national strength, is a sign of prosperity of the country. Thus, science and technology play in the development of modern agriculture, increasing farmers' income and improve rural production and living environment important role is to solve the \New Comrade Hu Jintao as general secretary of the CPC Central Committee proposed the scientific concept of development of this important thinking, emphasizing the use of integrated approach to socialism with Chinese characteristics to guide the construction of new countryside. Practice has proved that urban and rural development is to solve the \the development of modern agriculture, a substantial increase in farmers' income in order to push forward the building of new countryside. Urban and rural areas is the construction of new socialist rural development paths. Technology is co-ordinating urban and rural construction of new socialist countryside is an important support. Chengdu to build the core pattern of urban-rural integration, relying on scientific and technological innovation, to explore building a new socialist countryside development model, has been the central and social recognition for the building of a new socialist countryside provide a useful reference. Based on the above understanding, the thesis is divided into three parts for scientific and technological support new rural construction are described: the first chapter of the party and state leaders on science and technology in rural development an important role in understanding a brief and summarized. The second chapter, on science and technology in different periods of building new socialist countryside were supporting role and status screen and analyze. Third, relying on technological change in Chengdu urban-rural dual structure, improve the science and technology policy, science and technology system reform, the establishment of a more perfect protection mechanism. In the end of this article, the author of Chengdu rely on technology to promote urban and rural development, the practice of building a new socialist countryside have been summarized in a period of urban and rural development in the new era, building a new socialist countryside on the road to seize their characteristics and substance , it is worth learning and promotion nationwide.
