Abstract


Transfer of rural labor is the current Chinese economic and social development of the major issues , building a moderately prosperous society, to solve the \Transfer of rural labor issues are not only related to the country 's economic development and social stability , but also to the construction of China's urbanization process , related to the quality of life of millions of farmers , is the most important livelihood issues . Wuwei in Gansu province, a relatively large number of rural population , rural rich labor resources , labor larger . 30 years of reform and opening up , Wuwei City, rural labor transfer process is slow , so the transfer of rural labor task is arduous. So study the problem of rural labor transfer Wuwei City , and then draw the appropriate conclusions and countermeasures, these conclusions and measures not only suitable for Wuwei city itself , but also for the transfer of rural labor Gansu Province also has some reference value, which is of great significance . Based on the transfer of rural labor Wuwei City research , and strive to further enrich the theoretical aspects of rural labor transfer the contents of the Wuwei City in the rural labor force transfer of innovation model, in urban and rural development , based on further promoting economic and social and Wuwei City good and fast forward. Paper is divided into three parts. The first part of the current Wuwei City, the basic situation of rural labor transfer , characteristics and status of the transfer analysis, the size of the transfer of rural labor force is increasing , but the process is slow ; second part of the study of the transfer of rural labor Wuwei the main problems existing in the process . The third part of the paper concludes , Wuwei City, rural labor transfer work is mainly to improve the quality of the rural labor force to safeguard the legitimate interests of the rural labor force as a means to focus on the strategic adjustment of agricultural structure and construction of small towns , the implementation of the urbanization strategy, industrialization strategy, organizational strategy , knowledge strategy and achieve common prosperity of urban and rural areas . While vigorously develop vocational education , increase agricultural investment in education , the \Wuwei City, the rural labor force to improve competitiveness in export markets , and promote labor economy from quantity to quality of fundamental change.
