Abstract


The land is non-renewable resources, the economic and social development and growth of the basic factors of production. With the social development and progress, improved productivity, land use structure and layout of the increasing complexity of the structure of land use without scientific and rational planning based on some of its land to the intensification of conflicts, resulting in a series of land-use issues.
