Abstract


Windows are important elements of the building, and has always been much designer attention. Penetration with a strong connotation of regional, cultural customs, construction technology in the course of development of the window. Window lighting as a way to open the ventilation building components exist, and in the course of development of the building, has a more complex function of space. In addition, like the Chinese, this country has a strong geographical traditional culture, its artistic value is more important. Decorative features on the window permeates the cultural implication and aesthetic appeal. This geographical traditional culture of modern architectural design is particularly important. Chapter window features traditional architecture and contemporary heritage. Modern building in continuous development as its elements windows are constantly enriched and improved. These highly regional, local culture and customs, the construction techniques are also moments around the window. It is all these constraints, making the development of the window with continuity, and has been handed down from generation to generation. Chapter tendencies and aesthetic characteristics of modern architecture in the window. From the technological changes of the modern building windows to analyze the aesthetic principles followed in the design process of modern building windows has technical advantages as well as modern building windows.
