Abstract


Regional entire national economy is an important part of the system, the coordinated development of regional economy is sound and fast economic and sustainable development of preconditions. Regional economy has been plagued by the imbalance of economic development in developing countries. \Developing the western region of Inner Mongolia as one of the important provinces in the western development in the first 10 years, ie 2000-2009, the economy has made great achievements, but its internal regional economic disparities are increasingly apparent. Therefore, this article from the perspective of empirical analysis, in Inner Mongolia province as a case study within the Ministry of regional economic disparities, especially after the start of the western development, Inner Mongolia, the temporal and spatial evolution of regional economic disparities, not only in Inner Mongolia and other provinces for regional economic domains provide a theoretical basis for the development of policy recommendations and has important theoretical significance; Inner Mongolia, but also for the promotion of economic development and achieve the rise of the western region, has important practical significance. This paper summarized the results at home and abroad on the basis of extensive research, first from the perspective of time, the use of 10 years between 2000-2009, the national statistical data, by means of absolute and relative differences in analytical methods, calculation of the regional economy in Inner Mongolia Differences and evolution. Results obtained from the calculation, the overall regional economic disparities in Inner Mongolia showing the evolution trend has expanded each year. Next, using Theil index decomposition analysis methods, further validates Mondon, Mongolia Mengxi three regions and within regions and between the trend of widening economic disparities. Secondly, the paper through the aforementioned series of empirical studies and comprehensive evaluation, from the natural conditions of production factors, industry structure, openness and regional development policies in five areas to analyze the causes of regional economic disparities in Inner Mongolia. Finally, the need for coordinated regional economic development discussion, summed up the difference in the regional economy is too large to implement coordinated regional development strategy and made a coordinated regional economic development in Inner Mongolia concept that should continue to implement the non-balanced development strategy At the same time, enhance the awareness of the coordinated development of regional economic development strategies to local conditions; development of education, science and technology promotion, positive innovation, improve the quality of labor; promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure, strengthen industry clusters, optimization of regional industrial structure; increase the open ports, and actively explore the international trade and international cooperation; deepening economic reform and improve the regional development policy. ?
