Abstract


With the deepening of reform and opening up, China's economic construction has made remarkable achievements. However, the development and the lack of co-ordination between the regional structural contradictions are still prominent, this issue has become a major obstacle to sustained and healthy economic growth. Recommendations of the CPC Central Committee on National Economic and Social Development Twelfth Five-Year Plan \overcome market barriers and factor mobility, and guide the orderly transfer of industries to achieve coordinated regional development. Eastern, central and western interactive, complementary advantages and common development \significance. Cross-regional group investment as industry cluster development to a certain stage of a unique phenomenon, not only to broaden the space for development of industrial clusters, while driven by the location of industrial upgrading and economic development of the investment, is an effective way to promote regional economic development in China . Based on industrial gradient transfer theory, the differences that exist between China's eastern, central and western regions to create the conditions for cross-regional investment, but so far there has been no large-scale inter-regional investment. This paper aims through theoretical analysis and field surveys, research the investment important factor for the cross-regional groups, and provide effective suggestions for the eastern, central and western, and be able to promote the development of the theory to solve practical problems at the same time, to promote inter-regional investment effective form, boost local economic growth and balanced development of regional coordination to provide theoretical support and operational recommendations. On a wide range of relevant theories of the sort of cross-regional groups of the concept of investment, its benefits, in-depth to explore the influencing factors of the cross-regional group investment, through field research, questionnaire survey to collect relevant data, the use of AHP Analytic Hierarchy analysis, internal and external factors affecting the degree of importance of the cross-regional group investment to draw leading enterprises, driven from an empirical point of view, to broaden the market, a cluster effect, lower land and labor costs, enjoy the government's preferential policies, a sound basis facilities and other factors are the main factors to affect the cross-regional group investment, and finally analysis of influencing factors in the typical case be supplemented by instructions. This study to make recommendations on China's eastern region and the central and western regions, what kind of cross-regional group investment patterns, the use of these factors to better promote cross-regional group investment, and promote the coordinated development of regional economy.
