Abstract


With the sustained and stable development of China's national economy , national infrastructure building efforts to gradually increase water transport engineering as a large - scale infrastructure projects of our country , and in recent years has been booming , more and more of the water transport project is built , Lock Project is one of species, reasonableness shiplocks as the main part of the Lock Project , the accuracy of the calculation of the gate first project structure to ensure that the ship lock design plays a decisive role . This article calculated based ANSYS10.0 General Software , establishing a three-dimensional nonlinear elastic-plastic finite element model , DP criteria floodgate first structure calculations , analysis of the stress and strain distribution characteristics in different operating conditions of the the Jialing Deal shiplocks , comparing the calculation results , the combination of the analytical method of the first gate outside the pier , verify the correctness and practicality of the model , at the same time to find out the lock head structure by the force of the impact of key factors , and to provide a reference for navigation lock structure calculations . Specific work is as follows : 1 ) to read through a lot of literature to understand the research and development overview of domestic and foreign Shiplock structure calculation method , elaborate existing Shiplock structure calculation method and shiplocks structure of the two calculation methods The advantages and disadvantages of analytical commentary . 2) research and analysis of the basic principles of the three-dimensional nonlinear finite element system , as well as non-linear finite element method in practical engineering applications. More detailed description of the nonlinear material constitutive model in a finite element software , through the analysis of the existing literature to determine the DP are lock head structure calculations . 3 ) with engineering examples , the Jialing Deal shiplocks nonlinear finite element structural calculations , analysis of displacement and stress distribution characteristics of the structure ; calculations, combined with analytical method gate outside the pier , model and calculated correctness checking . 4 ) the use of a single factor analysis method to analyze the factors that affect the structure of the force , the results show that : the smaller the stress and displacement of the higher structure of soil strength , on the contrary , the greater the soil internal friction angle change than cohesion more sensitive to the structure of the force and displacement affect ; backfill surface uniformly distributed load impact on the structure of the force and displacement , a key factor of the structure by the force of the impact .
